Kolab Enterprise is available as a software subscription with included Service Level Agreement (SLA). The software needs to be installed and maintained on your own server. Service Level Agreement (SLA) Options

A software subscription of Kolab Enterprise comes with a basic Service Level Agreement. It includes a one business day response guarantee, but no support tickets for the server. It is recommended to also purchase a contingent of support tickets in order to receive help from Kolab Systems' qualified engineers when needed. Support for the Kolab Client is done based on actual effort required.

On all Software Subscription Prices (with the exception of the Kolab Enterprise Server @ School offer for students & pupils) a 30% discount is available for public sector, charity and educational institutions.
